Garage Gyan delivers course access immediately after payment. Because the content is digital and consumed on access, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the syllabus, sample lessons and course page before you pay.
The 7-day free access to Diagnostic Master and the free lessons in other courses cost nothing, so no refund applies. You can stop using free access at any time.
If money was deducted twice, or deducted without access being granted, we will return the extra amount. Write to contact@garagegyan.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
Verified duplicate or failed payments are reversed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation.
If you paid inside the Android or iOS app, the refund is processed by Google or Apple under their own policies. Raise the request in the store first and write to us if you need supporting details.
You can stop a recurring payment or subscription at any time from the store or gateway that set it up. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and access continues until that period ends.
If we withdraw a paid course before you have completed it and cannot provide a replacement, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
