Quick answer

Electrical Master (Automotive Electrical & Electronics Troubleshooting) is an 8-part, 75-lesson course of about 22 hours. It covers fuses, relays and circuit testing, every sensor and actuator type, signals and oscilloscope work, modules and network communication, and system-level troubleshooting on petrol, diesel and CNG cars, trucks, 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. The course fee is ₹12,920, offered at ₹5,920 for the first 100 students, with 1 year of validity and a new session of 7–10 videos every month. Chapter 1 (Electrical Blueprint) is live since 1 October 2026. A new chapter is released every week.

Part 1 · Basic

Electric Blueprint

Wiring, fuse, relay and circuit testing. Use a multimeter like a professional, test fuses and relays, find open, short and voltage drop faults, and check battery, charging and ground circuits.

7 lessons
Part 2 · Intermediate

Sensor DNA

Every sensor by property and by working — resistance, hall effect, inductive, chip-based, O2, NOx, knock. Test any sensor, even one you have never seen.

17 lessons
Part 3 · Intermediate

Actuator DNA

Solenoids, DC and stepper motors, heaters, piezo, ignition coils and module-controlled actuators — with power, control, resistance and current testing.

15 lessons
Part 4 · Advanced

Signal Decoder

Analog, digital, frequency and PWM signals, oscilloscope basics, sensor and actuator waveforms, CAN and LIN network signals.

7 lessons
Part 5 · Advanced

Module Brain

ECU, BCM and module power, ground, inputs and outputs. Test a module properly before calling it faulty — including 24V truck modules.

7 lessons
Part 6 · System

Petrol Pulse

Petrol EMS troubleshooting for cars and 2-wheelers — fuel supply, air management, misfire, emission control, crank-no-start and mileage complaints.

8 lessons
Part 7 · System

Diesel Power

Common rail and BS-VI truck troubleshooting — low and high pressure systems, injectors, turbo and EGR, aftertreatment, and commercial vehicle case studies.

8 lessons
Part 8 · System

CNG Code

Factory-fitted and retrofit CNG systems — safety, CNG electrical system, injectors, reducer and sensors, running faults, 3-wheelers and commercial vehicles.

Roadmap

Coming next

Three more courses are in production. Syllabus and dates will be announced on this page.

In production

EV Training

Electric vehicle systems for workshop technicians — high-voltage safety, battery, motor, controller and charging system diagnosis.

In production

Truck Masters

Commercial vehicle specialisation — 24V systems, BS-VI truck electronics, aftertreatment and fleet fault finding.

In production

Module (EMS) Repair

ECU and module level repair — component identification, driver circuits, board level fault finding and safe rework.

How to trace an electrical fault

The troubleshooting sequence taught in Parts 1 to 8.

  1. Read the wiring diagram first

Identify supply, ground, switch and load for the circuit you are working on. Every measurement afterwards is checked against the diagram.

  2. Confirm supply and ground

Measure battery voltage at the fuse and confirm the ground connection. Most electrical complaints end here, at a corroded ground or a blown feed.

  3. Do a voltage drop test under load

Measure across the suspect section while the circuit is working. Excess drop on a wire or a ground point means resistance, even when continuity looks fine.

  4. Isolate open or short circuits

Disconnect the load and test continuity to separate a harness problem from a failed component, instead of replacing parts on guesswork.

  5. Check the module side last

Verify the signal at the module connector before condemning an ECU. Repair, then retest the circuit under load.
